Our room block for Tuesday night at the Hotel Gettysburg is no longer available. However, rooms at the Hotel Gettysburg are still available for Wednesday & Thursday nights.

Agency Registration Instructions:
Early Bird Agency Registration will be $300.00 until July 31, 2026. Starting August 1, 2026 registration will be $350.00.

Vendor Registration Instructions:
All vendor registrations will be handled through PAPPA’s website regardless of payment method. If you are paying by check you will have an opportunity to bypass the credit card payment and print out your registration form in order to send it in with a check.
If paying by Credit Card, click on the registration link then the “Continue as Guest” link. Enter your information and click “Continue”. Select your registration and quantity, enter your information and click “Continue”. Review your order and click “Continue”. If paying by check click on “Bypass Payment”, print out your registration form and send it to the address provided along with your check. Please note: that if you are purchasing Platinum and Gold sponsorships they include admission for two (2) into the event. Silver and Bronze sponsorships include admission for one (1) into the event.

Ghost Tour Information:
Attendees, Vendors, Family & Friends are invited to join the Area 2 Conference Gettysburg Ghostly Images Combo Tour, a 90 minute Ghost Tour of the Jennie Wade House and Haunted Orphanage.
The tour will take place on Thursday September 24, 2026. You can choose either the 7:00 pm or 8:30 pm tour. Tickets are $25.24 ($22.00 + fees) and can be purchased by clicking the link below…. If you dare!!!
Please note: The tour is 90 minutes long and requires climbing some steps within the buildings and some light walking in the vicinity. Be sure to bring your camera, as you never know what you may capture!
